Jennifer is the founder/owner of Conquer KB. She has been involved in the Health & Wellness Industry for over 10 years. She is a mother of four and a wife to a LEO. Growing up being a competitive dancer she knows the value of health and wellness. God gave her the vision of Conquer KB where she's been called to lead and transform other peoples lives with the love of Christ.

Nataly is proud to be the lead coach at our Ardmore location. She is happily married and a mother of three active children. She grew up playing competitive sports and has continued to stay active. She has trained in numerous gyms, but it wasn't until she found Conquer that she truly developed a love and passion for the sport where she was called to be a coach.

Shalaine is passionate about health and fitness as it plays a huge part of her life. With a background as a college dancer and NPC competitor, she knows what it takes to reach fitness goals. Kickboxing has provided her with that intense fitness aspect and mental therapy. Shalaine's whole world consists of being a wife and mother of two.
